Processing Time

All Jason Metalworks products are handcrafted to order. Standard processing time is:

• Up to 7 business days to craft and prepare your item

• Plus the carrier’s shipping estimate (typically 5–8 business days)

Processing time begins once your order is placed and payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or for complex items, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via the carrier selected at checkout (typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, when available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, customs delays, and carrier issues may affect delivery times.

Risk of Loss

Once an order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee carrier resolution.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, work on the piece begins and changes may not be possible.
