Materials
Materials
The metals chosen are selected for their strength, character, and the unique responses to heat, pressure, and finishing techniques.
Titanium
Lightweight, durable, and endlessly expressive. Titanium can be crystallized, anodized, or forged to reveal colors and patterns that exist only at the intersection of heat and metal.
Stainless Steel
A clean, reliable metal with a modern feel. Stainless steel takes well to etching, brushing, and oxide finishes, creating subtle textures and deep tones.
Meteorite
Muonionalusta meteorite is one of the oldest materials available on Earth. Its Widmanstätten patterns, formed over millions of years, make every meteorite ring a one‑of‑a‑kind piece of natural history.
Gemstone & Mineral Inlays
I use natural stones such as pyrite, smoky quartz, black tourmaline, lapis, turquoise, mossy agate, yooperlite, ruby and sapphire, along with optional metal flake accents. Each inlay is set by hand and finished flush for a smooth, seamless feel.
Coins
Real currency, polished and anodized, becomes wearable metal art in the Heritage Collection. Every coin carries its own history and character.
These materials are the foundation of Jason Metalworks: premium, durable, and full of personality.
